I love smoothies.  I love how easy they are to make and how great they taste!!  There are so many different combinations and they are a great way to get your fruits and veggies in.  I think I could drink a smoothie for every meal.  I especially love them after a good work out or as the perfect breakfast on the go!  To me, the best part about smoothies are all the different health benefits you can get just by adding certain ingredients.  Enjoy these delicious smoothie recipes from Girl Get Strong!
