You guys, I don't know if you know this, but I've been trying to get my life in order and the first thing on my to-do list is my health. I've been eating mostly fruits and veggies, have cut out carbs and sugar, and am trying to eat very little dairy. The next step? Exercise. Ahhh, that dreaded word. It has all kinds of crazy obstacles, including mud! I'm thinking about signing up for the 5k. After all, they say it's the perfect way to "get off your couch and start living!" It even says that 99.9% finish but 100% will have their thirst for mud satisfied. Sounds fun, right?
