celebrate summer with a #CoronaRita!

hi guys! i wanted to pop in and let you in on some serious yummage that's happening over at chili's these days.  i don't know about you, but i'm a huge chili's fan.  i used to go all the time when i was in college for their happy hour and amazing queso dip!  my mouth is watering just thinking about it!  and with the weather heating up and summer just around the corner, what better way to celebrate than with chili's new drink - the coronarita!! 

so you're probably wondering, what exactly is the CoronaRita at Chili's? the coronarita is made with Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila and a coronita.  talk about having your cake and eating it too!  2 delicious summer treats in one!  i'm a big margarita fan - i love them made with jose and on the rocks.  add in my favorite summer beer and we've got ourselves a real winner!  

while you're at chili's enjoying an ice cold coronarita, don't forget to try one of their delicious entrees!  i'm anxious to try their margarita grilled chicken - a classic margarita-flavored grilled chicken with hints of lime and citrus, served with rice, black beans, tortilla strips and house-made pico de gallo.  it's on chili's lighter choice menu, which means it's not more than 750 calories, 25 grams fat and 8 grams saturated fat.  plus, what better entree to pair with a coronarita than margarita chicken?
