alright guys, here's the down low. i don't wear much makeup and i usually don't leave much time for putting it on in the morning anyways. however, there are a few staples in my makeup bag that i will never leave out. i pride myself on keeping my skin nice so i don't have to rely on heavy makeup to cover up blemishes and these are some of the keys to my success.
neutrogena naturals fresh cleansing + makeup remover face wash. i use this every single time i take a shower, along with my olay pro-x advanced cleansing system. it takes off my makeup and fights against blackheads and pimples. plus, it keeps my face feeling fresh and smooth!
clinique superdefense spf 25 moisturizer. it's never too early to stop signs of aging, right? i love how light this moisturizer feels. this have been my favorite moisturizer for a couple of years now and i don't see myself switching it up anytime soon. plus, it has spf 25, which is perfect for my fair skin.
bareminerals SPF 15 original foundation. this mineral-based foundation delivers all the flawless coverage you want and you'll barely know you're wearing it. i love how natural looking it is and how it evens out my skin tone without having to use much of it.
eos lip balm sphere. this little baby keeps my lips moist and soft. plus, eos lip balm is 95% organic, 100% natural, and paraben and petrolatum free! my favorite "flavor" is summer fruit, but they are all pretty yummy.
maybelline volum' express colossal mascara. seriously, my favorite mascara ever. two or three coats of this baby and i have lashes for days. combine it with a little curl for a little more drama and you've got yourself some great lookin' lashes. i continuously keep compliments on my lashes - now you all know my secret!
so there you have it, a look into my makeup bag. nothing over the top or groundbreaking by any means, but everything that i stand by and love. i guess you could say these babies are the "secrets to my success" (haha!)

i just started using bare minerals foundation... i just think i need a lighter color since my tan is gooone. :)
I want to try that Clinique superdefense now! I usually only have to moisturize at night, but this winter my face has been disgustingly dry and my normal moisturizer is too thick to wear during the day. This sounds nice and light!
